In 2010 Oulu International Rotary Club attended a Matching Grant project with all together 40 Rotary Clubs from District 1400 to contribute 2950 School desks to Andhra Pradesh, India. The local partnering clubs were RC Guntur Aardarsh and RC Hyderabad East.
